Using BrightResume

You may use BrightResume to create and manage resumes for lawful personal or professional purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for reviewing every document before you submit or share it.

Your content

You keep your rights in the resume content you provide. You give BrightResume the limited permission needed to store, process, display, and generate documents from that content so we can provide the service. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it at unreasonable volume, or use it to violate another person’s rights. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others.

No employment guarantee

BrightResume provides writing and formatting tools, not recruitment, legal, or career-placement services. We do not guarantee that a resume will pass a particular applicant tracking system, receive an interview, or lead to employment.

Service availability

We work to keep BrightResume reliable, but the service may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. Keep a copy of important exported documents. Features and availability may be updated as the product develops.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BrightResume is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
